<h3 id="general-sales">General &amp; Sales</h3><p>This month we yet again improved on our key metrics and unit economics, further validating our current growth and commercial approach for this market.</p><p>We expect these improvements to continue, in which even better performance is achieved against current fixed expenses, in a move towards a net positive cash-flow operation. We have commenced with a new fund-raise to be fully suited for the next stages of growth and developments, and achieve the goal of becoming profitable on a monthly basis. Below you will find some key updates from our divisions:</p><ul><li>6083 first-time users placed an order in July. That is a 202% increase in first-time customers year-on-year compared to July 2023.</li><li>2384 new user accounts were created in July. A year-on-year increase of 360% in new user accounts signed up.</li><li>We had our <strong>best month ever in terms of onboarding</strong>, with 44 new merchants live compared to 15 a year earlier, an increase of 193%.</li><li>Additionally, we have scheduled 110 new appointments, nearly double the 56 appointments a year earlier, a growth of 96%.</li><li>We closed 51 deals, compared to 13 deals a year earlier, an increase of 292%</li></ul><h3 id="marketing">Marketing</h3><ul><li>Launched a large SEO project. The aim is to improve our SEO rankings across multiple Bistroo products; BistrooPages, bistroo.nl and BistrooShops.</li><li>Started streamlining a SEO outline and content guide for new (and already existing shops) that our onboarding teams can implement to improve visibility and SERP rankings.</li><li>Launched the new merchant holiday email campaigns, aimed at improving the opening times accuracy during holidays.</li><li>Our Senior Marketeer <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/bas-geelen-marketing/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Bas Geelen</a> was a guest on the <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/web3globalmedia/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Web3 Global</a> Podcast.</li><li>Sent out a direct mailing campaign aimed at a new target region for sales.</li><li>Improvement work on BIST token circularity. This is in preparation for our new Litepaper release.</li><li>Preparations for a banner ad newsletter marketing campaign aimed at merchants in the Netherlands.</li></ul><h3 id="development">Development</h3><ul><li>Added daily revenue print for the POS device.</li><li>Implemented confirmation modals for delete actions in the merchant portal.</li><li>Enabled auto reboot functionality for POS devices.</li><li>Released merchant pages v2.</li><li>Introduced multidomain support.</li><li>Developed an invoicing system for international consumers and clients.</li><li>Launched the mobile merchant portal.</li><li>Added a product toggle feature in the menu builder on mobile for active/inactive products.</li><li>Completed code clean up and refactor for the consumer app.</li><li>Implemented a new address search on the establishment page, allowing for full address search instead of zip codes.</li><li>Fixed distribution switching issues.</li><li>Resolved cart option display issues related to delivery thresholds and costs.</li><li>Achieved 100% completion of automated tests for the main flow (marketplace -&gt; establishment -&gt; checkout).</li><li>Added mobile navigation for the merchant portal and POS devices.</li><li>Implemented a multi-receipt print setup for POS devices.</li><li>Enabled multi-establishment setup for POS devices, allowing different establishment orders to be printed on one device.</li><li>Made the refund option password protected.</li><li>Implemented auto updater for Electron with background auto install.</li><li>Fixed drag &amp; drop issues in the menu builder.</li><li>Applied translation fixes in the merchant portal.</li><li>Fixed the permanent close of establishment feature (replacing the 9999 days option).</li><li>Added a new surcharge option for transaction costs in both the consumer app and merchant portal.</li><li>Implemented age check on product level for 18&#43; products like alcohol instead of shop-level checks.</li></ul><p><strong><em>Get your fill on everything Bistroo!</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Bistroo is a decentralized commerce marketplace for food, powered by the BIST Token.
