<p id="28a9">Here are some salient features / terms of the&nbsp;<strong>Pivot x Skale Network</strong>&nbsp;grants initiative.</p> 
<ul> 
 <li><strong>A total of 10 Million SKL Tokens have been allocated to the grants pool</strong></li> 
 <li>The grant is aimed at boosting the&nbsp;<strong>key performance metrics</strong>&nbsp;of the grantee, including but not limited to user growth (UAW) and total transactions.</li> 
 <li>Token&nbsp;<strong>distribution is based on milestones</strong>&nbsp;/ metrics.</li> 
 <li>There will be two types of grants —&nbsp;<strong>Developer Grants</strong>&nbsp;+&nbsp;<strong>Growth Grants</strong>, to be distributed in conjunction with achievement of the respective metrics.</li> 
 <li><strong>Applications</strong>&nbsp;for grants will be reviewed on a rolling basis.</li> 
 <li>Priority will be given to projects demonstrating&nbsp;<strong>high potential for ecosystem impact</strong>.</li> 
 <li>Comprehensive support will be provided to grantees throughout the development process.</li>

 <li>Pivot will receive and qualify applications for the grants.</li> 
 <li>Ensure applications meet the required criteria and align with program goals.</li> 
 <li>Conduct evaluations to select high-impact, innovative projects.</li> 
 <li>Facilitating ongoing support and mentorship to grantees.</li> 
 <li>Monitor progress and ensure effective use of resources.</li> 
 <li>Facilitate other initiatives like collaborations and web3 networking.</li> 
</ul>

Pivot may choose to evaluate individual startups applying for the SKL grants program and invite select startups based on qualitative analysis &amp; thorough DD.</em></p>
