<p>Governor Rogelio Frigerio recently met with Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) H.E Saeed Al Qemzi and Charles Hoskinson, founder of the <a href="https://cardano.org/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">Cardano</a> Foundation.</p>

<p>This meeting aimed to deepen economic and social ties between the UAE and the province of Entre Ríos. Charles Hoskinson was accompanied by Chief of Staff JJ Siler. Rafael Fraga, representative of Cardano Foundation in Latin America was also present.</p>   
<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-cardano-summit-2024-in-dubai"><strong>Cardano Summit 2024 in Dubai</strong></h2>   
<p>The Cardano Foundation will hold its <a href="https://cryptonewsland.com/cardano-summit-2024-in-dubai-set/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">annual Cardano Summit</a> in Dubai on October 23 and 24. This event will bring together leaders from Argentina, Paraguay and other global heads of state as well as business leaders. The summit aims to foster connections and drive the use of blockchain technology into new frontiers. Dubai has a reputation of being the leading crypto hub which makes it an ideal location for the event.</p>   
<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-bilateral-cooperation-and-economic-development-nbsp-nbsp"><strong>Bilateral Cooperation and Economic Development</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</h2>   
<p>During the meeting, the UAE ambassador called on authorities of Entre Ríos to explore alternatives for <a href="https://cryptonewsland.com/cardano-foundation-forges-partnership-to-boost-argentinas-crypto-sector-will-ada-price-surge-soon/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">bilateral cooperation</a>. This initiative focuses on international cooperation at financial investment and commercial levels. The meeting also initiated technical dialogue on cooperation and integration. It aims to strengthen possibilities of economic and social development in the province.</p>   
<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-strengthening-blockchain-education"><strong>Strengthening Blockchain Education</strong></h2>   
<p>In addition to the summit, Cardano Foundation has partnered with Dubai Blockchain Center to boost blockchain education. This collaboration will introduce a specialized certification program tailored for Cardano enthusiasts. Both organizations share profound commitment to advancing blockchain education and awareness.&nbsp;</p>   
<p>The recent meeting between Governor Rogelio Frigerio, UAE ambassador and Charles Hoskinson marks a significant step in strengthening economic and social ties between UAE and Entre Ríos. The upcoming Cardano Summit in Dubai and new educational initiatives will further solidify these efforts.</p>
