Kronos Advanced Technologies Inc. (OTC: KNOS), a leader in air purification technology, has announced its adoption of Shiba Inu (SHIB) as a viable payment method for its products. This strategic decision marks Kronos as the first publicly traded company in the United States to embrace SHIB, a cryptocurrency that has garnered significant attention and adoption within the digital currency community.

As of the latest data in 2024, there are approximately 1.38 million <a href="https://bitcoinist.com/shiba-inu-in-the-red/" target="_blank" rel="noopener ">Shiba Inu wallet holders</a> worldwide, which illustrates the widespread appeal and potential consumer base for Kronos’s advanced air purification systems. 
Greg Rubin, CEO of Kronos Advanced Technologies, shared his vision behind this innovative move. “Integrating SHIB as a payment option aligns with our forward-thinking ethos and dedication to embracing technological advancements,” Rubin explained. “By adopting SHiba Inu, we are not only catering to a tech-savvy customer base but also enhancing our market adaptability and future-proofing our sales strategy.” 
The acceptance of Shiba Inu stands to benefit both Kronos and its customers, providing a seamless, secure transaction experience that complements the company’s already advanced product offerings. Kronos’ decision to integrate SHIB into their payment options aligns with a wider strategic initiative to incorporate multiple cryptocurrencies like Dogecoin (DOGE). 
Kronos products, which utilize state-of-the-art high-voltage patented processes to move, filter, and sterilize air without traditional HEPA filters, will now be even more accessible to those who prefer using their crypto holdings for significant purchases. To mark this significant milestone, Kronos is implementing a limited-time promotion, offering a 10% discount to customers who purchase their air purifiers using SHIB.

Notably, the xPortal app has incorporated Shiba Inu into its crypto roster for card services, and Amoré Orthodontic Aligners recently <a href="https://bitcoinist.com/shiba-inu-adoption-crypto-atm/" target="_blank" rel="noopener ">adopted</a> SHIB for its dental services.
