The U.S. government recently moved 3,940 Bitcoin to a Coinbase Prime wallet on June 26, according to Arkham Intelligence. These Bitcoins were seized from Banmeet Singh, a convicted drug trafficker, earlier this year. Singh was extradited from the UK to the US in 2023 and had been running a drug distribution network across several states. As part of his conviction, he had to forfeit over 8,100 Bitcoin.
