On Wednesday, June 19, Argentinian President Javier Milei’s went live on social media platform X to make a case for floating exchange rate system for currencies and mentioned Bitcoin. Well-known for his positive attitude toward cryptocurrencies, this is one of the first cases when Milei has named <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/tag/bitcoin" title="Bitcoin" class="f-link" style="font-size: 16px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Bitcoin</a> directly, thus, marking a start to Argentina’s possible integration into the world of cryptocurrencies. 
Milei’s endorsement was triggered by former VanEck’s Gabor Gurbacs’s tweet in English “Bitcoin for everyone” but replied in Spanish which was well received by the Bitcoin fraternity. Milei’s endorsement was recognized by Gurbacs, who emphasized the fact that Argentina and El Salvador were vital in the establishment of contemporary economic guidelines in Central and South America.

President of Argentina, who assumed the office in November, has been concentrating on the Argentinian economy that has been in a poor state.
