This move by Binance can be interpreted as an effort to expand the trading options offered in spot transactions.</p>

The relevant countries are as follows:</p> 
<p style="text-align: justify">Canada, Cuba, Crimea Region, Iran, Netherlands, North Korea, Syria, United States and its territories (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, US Virgin Islands), and non-government-controlled areas of Ukraine.</p>
