<p>Several crypto experts have voiced their criticism of the proposed law. Scott Johnsson, a digital asset enthusiast, claimed the law could block crypto users from using smart contracts or DeFi protocols. Johnsson believes this move could also deprive users of autonomy and decentralization.</p>
