In a filing dated May 22, the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware <a href="https://courts.delaware.gov/Opinions/Download.aspx?id=364290" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">identified</a> ambiguity in the language of the $1.2 billion merger agreement between BitGo and Galaxy Digital, which Galaxy terminated in August 2022.&nbsp;
