<p>Latin America’s largest crypto economy- Brazil- is currently witnessing a landmark change in its crypto ecosystem.&nbsp; In 2022, a law was passed granting Brazil’s central bank the authority to develop a comprehensive framework for cryptocurrencies and virtual asset service providers (VASPs). The regulations in this law were supposed to be implemented by June 2024, as per lawmakers of Brazil.&nbsp;</p> 
<p>The law brought excitement to the country’s crypto lovers who were anticipating the government move, in the hope of the crypto economy getting regularized and hence mainstreamed.&nbsp;</p>
