This move is seen as a victory for the crypto industry, as it removes a significant barrier for institutional adoption of digital assets.</p><p>In addition to these bills, the long-awaited SEC v. Ripple case is approaching a key deadline, with the outcome potentially influencing future crypto regulation. Meanwhile, another bill, the SEC Reform and Restructuring Act, seeks to hold the SEC accountable and promote transparency in its rulemaking processes.</p><p>With multiple crypto-related bills and regulatory developments converging within a short period, the next few days and weeks could prove pivotal for the future of the crypto industry in the United States.
