BounceBit, a restaking platform backed by Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has unveiled its 2024 roadmap. The roadmap outlines the development of three core components: BounceBit Portal, BounceBit Chain, and BounceClub.
According to a <a href="https://medium.com/@bouncebit/bouncebit-roadmap-romance-of-the-three-kingdoms-b22724583c4a" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">blog post</a>, the BounceBit Portal serves as the project’s user interface, allowing easy interaction with its restaking products. The BounceBit Chain, meanwhile, functions as the settlement layer, facilitating transactions.
BounceClub, described as the “<a href="https://twitter.com/WuBlockchain/status/1792404688073376154" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Lego set</a>” for building CeDeFi (centralized finance meets decentralized finance) services and ecosystems, will play a crucial role. The project plans to develop various CeDeFi products based on this concept. Notably, the blog clarifies that BounceClub’s role is limited to managing contract deployment whitelists, creating common components, and acting as a navigational tool. It will not handle the business logic components of dApps.
