Circle Internet Financial Ltd., the issuer of the widely-used stablecoin USDC, <a href="https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2024-05-15/usdc-issuer-circle-to-make-us-legal-home-ahead-of-ipo" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">announced</a> its intention to relocate its legal base from the Republic of Ireland to the United States.
