<p>In an announcement eagerly awaited by gaming fans all around the world, Nintendo has officially said that it is going to release Switch successor by March 2025. This news comes after rumors and hints from the company concerning the new gaming platform development.</p>

<p>Nintendo’s President Shuntaro Furukawa made the <a href="https://twitter.com/NintendoCoLtd/status/1787736518762881197" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">announcement</a> of a new Switch through Twitter account/X where he stated that they are already working on the successor of the Switch, and it will be officially announced in the upcoming fiscal year. Although information about the new console has yet to be revealed, the acknowledgment represents the first time Nintendo mentioned a working project.</p>

<p>Being mentioned, the fiscal year, which ranges from April to the end of March, the details may be kept unknown until early 2025 for the general public. This timing matches the strategy of Nintendo and can be linked to the date, which turns ten years old at the announcement of the original Switch in March 2015.&nbsp;</p>
