The revised guidance includes a downward adjustment in both GAAP diluted EPS, now expected to be at least $5.64, down from the initial forecast of at least $7.06, and Adjusted EPS, which was lowered to at least $7.00 from at least $8.30.</p>
<p>Additionally, the company has revised its cash flow from operations guidance to at least $10.5 billion, a reduction from the previously forecasted $12.0 billion. These adjustments reflect CVS Health’s pragmatic approach in navigating the ongoing challenges, particularly those related to Medicare Advantage, and its commitment to maintaining financial resilience.</p>
