<p style="text-align: justify">Artem Kiryanov, Deputy Chairman of the Duma Committee on Economic Policy, emphasizes the importance of clear regulations, while Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov adopts a more moderate stance supporting the use of cryptocurrencies in local and international transactions. Elvira Nabiullina, head of the Russian Central Bank, also supports the experimental use of cryptocurrencies in international transactions.</p>
