This shift also comes in the wake of a corruption scandal involving $21 billion in unaccounted receivables linked to past dealings in digital currencies. Despite these issues, March recorded a peak in oil exports, reaching 900,000 barrels per day, the highest in four years, under Tellechea’s direction.</p>
