Many crypto users who were suing the firm regarding losses from the exchange face closing their case against the former CEO, Sam Bankman-Fried. Instead of relying on him, the public must make an informed choice against celebrities like Tom Brady and Naomi Osaka.

The consumers thought that the claimant’s knowledge about FTX’s services, connections, and community will also play a great role in the upcoming lawsuit and trial against the influencers who used to endorse the platform.

The lawsuit in question was filed in November 2022; however, it differs from Bankman-Fried’s criminal court case where he received a 25-year jail term for fraud. His attorneys are protesting against the verdict.
