Three major British financial firms (Barclays, Lloyds Banking Group, and Citi) are testing <a href="https://www.cryptopolitan.com/uk-moves-toward-efficient-asset-management-with-fund-tokenization/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">tokenized </a>deposits in which money is represented by digital tokens that have a dedicate blockchain in a trial run that began in February 2023.&nbsp;
