 <p class="p1">With a 10% annual coupon over five years, the investment proposition is clear: investors can look forward to annual returns of 10% on their investment until the term ends, after which the principal amount is reimbursed. The project is not just a financial venture but a significant economic stimulus for El Salvador, promising to create 1,000 jobs in the construction phase and potentially 5,000 jobs in relation to the hotel’s operations.</p>
