This fund aims to increase the growth potential of Hong Kong’s crypto sector, along with some companies being encouraged to operate in overseas countries due to strict regulations in the United States.</p> 
<p style="text-align: justify">On the other hand, it was announced that ZA Bank, based in Hong Kong, will provide specialized banking services to stablecoin issuers. This move is expected to accelerate the adoption of local Web3 technology. The bank announced that issuers will be able to use their fiat reserves as security for digital assets and will also have access to various banking services.</p>
