Users can seamlessly invest in diverse complex DeFi protocols with ease, all in one place at NEOPIN.</p><h3 id="strong-x1f3db-rwa-based-multiple-yield-farming-protocol-strong"><strong>&#x1f3db; RWA Based Multiple Yield Farming Protocol</strong></h3><p>NEOPIN BDLP is a RWA-based multiple yield farming protocol designed to provide higher rewards. It leverages Spark’s sDAI and Ethena’s USDe. Spark’s sDAI represents tokenized DAI deposited into MakerDAO’s Dai Savings Rate, deriving yield from MakerDAO’s interest rate on DAI loans including US T-bill deployments and overcollateralized crypto loans. Meanwhile, Ethena’s USDe, backed by staked Ethereum collateral, offers a censorship-resistant, scalable, and stable crypto-native solution. Alongside USDe, Ethena presents the ‘Internet Bond,’ a globally accessible dollar-denominated savings instrument within DeFi. The protocol operates on the Ethereum network, allowing for deposits in DAI, USDT, and USDC, and enabling users to earn up to a 30.2% APY* on stablecoins.</p><h3 id="strong-x1f916-powered-by-ai-strong"><strong>&#x1f916; Powered by AI</strong></h3><p>NEOPIN’s proprietary AI algorithm analyzes and provides the optimal asset management ratio for each individual user. Users can efficiently utilize complex DeFi derivatives based on their preferences and on-chain data.</p><h3 id="strong-so-how-does-it-work-strong"><strong>❓ So… How does it work</strong></h3><p>NEOPIN BDLP offers two types options:</p><ol><li><strong>RWA:</strong> Using Spark’s sDAI, a yield-bearing stablecoin that tokenizes DAI deposited into the DSR, which is currently set at 13% APY*. No waiting period for withdrawals. Partial withdrawals are allowed.<br /><em>*The above DSR APY may change according to Maker Governance decisions.</em></li><li><strong>Boost:</strong> With the Ethena protocol, it currently provides approximately 30.2% APY*(subject to change) with a 14-day waiting period for withdrawals. Only full withdrawals are allowed.</li></ol><p>When depositing stablecoins, you have the option to choose the ratio between <strong>RWA </strong>and <strong>Boost</strong>. This flexibility enables you to customize your investment strategy based on your preferences and risk tolerance, balancing investments between stable RWA assets and high APY Boost assets for strategic portfolio management. While Boost offers a relatively higher APY, it comes with a potential opportunity cost due to the 14 day waiting period when withdrawing the assets. On the other hand, RWA allows for immediate withdrawal but offers a comparatively lower APY.</p><p>Here’s an example for better understanding:</p><ul><li>Allocating 70% to RWA and 30% to Boost ➡️ 19.6% APY with low potential opportunity cost</li><li>Allocating 20% to RWA and 80% to Boost ➡️ 27.2% APY with high potential opportunity cost<br /><em>* Above APYs are for reference only and subject to change.</em></li></ul><p>You have the flexibility to partially withdraw your RWA deposited assets at any time, and you can choose whether to withdraw Boosting LP along with it. However, Boosting LP allows only full withdrawals.</p><h3 id="strong-x1f504-automated-reinvestment-of-rewards-strong"><strong>&#x1f504; Automated Reinvestment of Rewards</strong></h3><p>The rewards generated are automatically reinvested, providing compounded returns over time. This means that any rewards earned are automatically redeposited, generating compound interest for increased earnings.</p><p>Additionally, regardless of which type of stablecoin users deposit (DAI, USDT, or USDC), the rewards are received in DAI.</p><h3 id="strong-x1f50e-guide-strong"><strong>&#x1f50e; Guide</strong></h3><h4><strong>Deposit:</strong></h4><ol><li>Choose the stablecoin you want to deposit: DAI / USDT / USDC, then enter the desired amount.</li><li>Set the ratio for depositing into Boost.</li><li>Follow the instructions to approve the deposit transactions.</li></ol><h4><strong>Withdraw:</strong></h4><ol><li>Select the type of withdrawal: RWA &#43; Boost / RWA / Boost</li><li>a) <strong>For RWA withdrawal</strong>: Enter the quantity of RWA LP you wish to withdraw. RWA withdrawals are immediate.<br />b) <strong>For Boost withdrawal</strong>: Only full withdrawals are possible; partial withdrawals are not available. Boost withdrawal takes 14 days to complete, with no rewards earned during this period.</li><li>Follow the instructions to approve the withdrawal transactions.</li></ol><h3 id="strong-x1f4a1-invest-with-ease-strong"><strong>&#x1f4a1; Invest with Ease</strong></h3><p>NEOPIN simplifies the process, making it effortless for users to explore and invest in diverse DeFi opportunities without the hassle of navigating multiple protocols.
