 <li>Activating an investment-attractive system that includes governments, business organizations, and national companies operating in the information technology sector and the banking sector.</li>
 <li>The need to improve cybersecurity and digital sovereignty in order to establish a responsible digital transformation, by improving the resilience of infrastructure, consolidating digital trust, and enhancing the protection of personal data.</li>
 <li>Creating and supporting a flexible digital infrastructure by enhancing cybersecurity readiness for all individuals and companies and by investing in human capital in the field of cybersecurity.</li>
 <li>Support the healthy development and adoption of AI where possible by providing an appropriate and trust-inducing regulatory environment, educating businesses, government and society about the technology, and promoting the benefits of AI at all levels.</li>
