As a result, the Total Value Locked (TVL) of Ethereum-compatible assets in NEOPIN’s DeFi protocol surged by $11.7 million in a single month. TVL, which stands for Total Value Locked, is the total amount of virtual assets deposited. It’s a crucial metric used to assess the scale and growth potential of blockchain services.</p><p>According to data from DefiLlama, a prominent global ranking site for DeFi protocols, NEOPIN recorded a TVL of $23.55 million as of January 16th when the merger plan for the Klaytn and Finschia ecosystems was announced. Just a month later, on February 25th, NEOPIN’s TVL surged by over $10 million to reach $35.29 million.</p><p>The growth in TVL can be attributed to NEOPIN’s quick adoption of major updates aimed at boosting its leading DeFi ecosystem, ‘Project Dragon Token (PDT),’ Klaytn and Finschia merger ecosystem. Their swift introduction of related DeFi products has also played a significant role. Currently, NEOPIN is the only protocol across all blockchain services providing bridges that facilitate asset transfers between the Klaytn and Finschia networks.</p><p>The newly unveiled pair deposit product between KLAY and nFNSA (wrapped FNSA on Klaytn via the NEOPIN Finschia Bridge) has quickly caught the eye of the blockchain community. Within just 8 days of its release, the product’s TVL skyrocketed by over 9 times. This highlights NEOPIN’s DeFi product as the one with the most rapid TVL growth among those introduced.
