<p>The non-fungible token market continues gaining traction among traders and collectors, with more people recently increasingly showcasing their interest in it. Unfortunately, the revamped NFT traction has also attracted the rise of more scammers, with scam incidents reported almost daily in recent weeks.</p> 
<h2 id="jaychris-eth-loses-65-nfts-in-a-phishing-attack">Jaychris.eth Loses 65 NFTs In A Phishing Attack</h2> 
<p>In a February 22 blog post, Peckshield, a renowned blockchain securities firm, confirmed that Jaychris.eth, a renowned crypto and non-fungible token collector, has fallen victim to a phishing scheme, resulting in the theft of 65 NFTs, including his Cool Cats #1466.</p>

Jaychris.eth has bought and sold over 200 NFT collections since he joined the rapidly evolving NFT space.</p>

<p>Luckily, Jaychris.eth has not lost all his portfolio and still holds more than 260 NFT collections despite losing such a bulk NFT collection. Some of his NFTs include Otherside Mara #51738, Otherside Mara #22335, Bored Ape Yacht Club, and Yuga: Gucci Merch Pass NFT Collection.</p> 
<h2 id="nft-scams-are-on-the-rise-in-2024">NFT Scams Are On The Rise In 2024</h2> 
<p>Jaychris.eth joins a rapidly growing list of NFT traders who have fallen victim to phishing schemes. Earlier this month, Adamv.eth, a renowned non-fungible token collector and a crypto influencer, also got his Rectguys, Kodas, and Otherdeed NFT collections drained after clinking a fraudulent phishing link, thinking it was clustersxyz official launching.</p>

<p>Late last month, Jacku.eth, another crypto and NFT investor, lost his Clone X #12688 NFT collections on the Blur NFT marketplace to a phishing scheme. Furthermore, another NFT investor known as runningwater.eth also fell victim to a phishing scheme, resulting in the theft of 6 NFTs on the Blur NFT market platform, including an Azuki Elemental #10533 and Beanz #6388.</p>
