<p>While prosecutors have mentioned the possibility of seeking the maximum sentence of 10 years in prison, recommendations under U.S. guidelines suggest a sentence of about 18 months instead. The sentencing of Changpeng Zhao, who has a bail of $175 million, has already been delayed once. His legal future, therefore, remains highly uncertain.</p>
