<p style="text-align: justify">Hong Kong is revamping its regulatory approach by mandating licenses for crypto service providers. The new rules proposed by the government will necessitate all OTC service providers to obtain a license from the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Commissioner. This includes businesses involved in spot trading of any cryptocurrency within Hong Kong’s jurisdiction.</p>
