<h2 id="header-0">Bloktopia has undergone a transformation of the existing LandSale portal to purchase Bloktopia NFTs</h2><p>As of today, Bloktopia are pleased to release a transformed Land Sale portal!</p><p>The update comes at a time where conversations with new and existing Bloktopia partners are once again hotting up, along with the release of the brand new NFT purchasing token: $BLOKN.</p><h3 id="strong-what-is-the-bloktopia-land-sale-strong"><strong>What is the Bloktopia Land Sale?</strong></h3><p>Back in May 2022, Bloktopia introduced the Land Sale in order to purchase REBLOK NFTs so Bloktopian’s could get closer to partners and own a piece of the Metaverse.</p><p>These multiple ownership NFTs guarantee a 10% rental income from the moment Bloktopia goes live, providing holders with a financial incentive.
