The SEC cited the recent ruling in its case against Terraform Labs, which determined that the company offered and sold unregistered securities, as relevant to the case against Binance and founder Changpeng Zhao.</p><h3 id="sec-files-similar-notice-in-lawsuit-against-coinbase">SEC files similar notice in lawsuit against Coinbase</h3><p>The SEC filed a similar notice of supplemental authority in its lawsuit against Coinbase.</p><h3 id="fidelity-seeks-sec-approval-for-spot-btc-etf-on-cboe-bzx-exchange">Fidelity seeks SEC approval for spot BTC ETF on CBOE BZX Exchange</h3><p>Fidelity Investments filed with the SEC to register its spot BTC ETF, which has been approved to be listed on the CBOE BZX Exchange. Grayscale, VanEck, and ARK 21Shares also registered to trade their funds on their respective exchanges. This comes as the SEC is expected to soon decide on whether to approve spot BTC ETFs.</p><p></p>
