Using its own governance platform, NEOPIN seamlessly integrates the perspectives of community members using NEOPIN into the Klaytn and Finschia mainnets. This approach ensures the delivery of services that are precisely aligned with the community&#39;s preferences.We&#39;ve noticed that the community, including governance participants, received information about the mainnet integration later than desired. Regrettably, the voting process began without sufficient explanation and clarification on this vital issue.Given the lack of advance notice and the challenges in ensuring a smooth voting process, the NEOPIN Team, serving as a validator, deeply empathizes with the concerns raised. We&#39;d like to share our perspective on this integration proposal to offer transparency and share our viewpoint to the community.NEOPIN is actively developing a wide range of products, including multi-chain support for Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche, Tron, Cosmos, and Finschia. We are also working on features such as EVM Bridge, RWA, and DeFi derivatives, all based on Klaytn. As a validator for the Klaytn and Finschia mainnets, we have devoted considerable time and effort to supporting the expansion of the DeFi products.FNSwap, the first AMM DEX prepared by the NEOPIN team to extend the Finschia ecosystem, which was originally scheduled to launch in January, had to be rescheduled after the merger announcement. However, since NEOPIN supports both Klaytn and Finschia, we remain relatively unaffected by the merger. Therefore, we have taken an objective stance, considering the revised details and taking into account the sentiments within our community.Key issues include a lack of sufficient explanation of policies that the community may find unreasonable and an insufficient discussion of the pros and cons of the integration. We believe that time is needed to properly address these issues. We have shared our team&#39;s opinions with the Foundation and have had multiple discussions to find better solutions.NEOPIN desires a fair environment for the community to exercise their voting rights. We acknowledge the Foundation&#39;s awareness of procedural shortcomings and the need for time to rectify them. Therefore, NEOPIN agrees with the proposed changes to the voting procedures of both foundations. We are pleased to share the updated NEOPIN governance voting schedule, allowing community members ample time to provide input.- Voting suspension: February 1st- NEOPIN App voting power snapshot schedule: February 9th, 09:00 AM (KST)- Governance voting period: February 9th, 10:00 AM - February 14th, 10:00 AM (KST)- Validator voting: February 15thSince its inception in the blockchain space, NEOPIN has deeply valued the idea that the true power of blockchain comes from the community beyond the underlying technology.
