American multinational technology company NVIDIA has <a href="https://blogs.nvidia.com/blog/national-ai-research-resource-pilot/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">partnered</a> with the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) to launch the National AI Research Resource (NAIRR) pilot program. “The initiative aims to broaden access to the tools needed to power responsible AI discovery and innovation,” the announcement read.&nbsp; 
The partnership announced Wednesday throws NVIDIA into a partnering circle with the NSF, which also involves efforts from ten other federal agencies, as well as a slew of other organizations. “By investing in AI research through the NAIRR pilot, the United States unleashes discovery and impact and bolsters its global competitiveness,” said NSF Director Sethuraman Panchanathan.
