Jordan Firske is a lead blockchain developer with an education in computer science and went to join the U.S. Air Force. There he received training in cyber security, marketing, and network traffic analysis.
Travis has 6 years of experience in cryptocurrency investment and market analysis. Apart from being the director of marketing, he used his experience in trading as the primary asset manager for Landshare.
The web development is led by Sumit Sharma and his team consists of stack developers and UI/graphic designers.

Landshare works by the tokenization of assets. In this, the asset tokenization is represented by tokens on the blockchain. Any user becomes the co-owner of the company by holding the tokens. The tokens are legally equivalent to traditional ownership units.
This means that the user gains the rights of shareholders or members outlined in each property’s operating agreement.
If the user is interested in buying, the dashboard of the app shows the available properties. Fill the Know Your Customer (KYC) and swap for asset tokens all in one place. If the initial offering is complete, tokens can be purchased from DS swap.
The asset tokens are considered as securities as KYC is required to purchase them and certain geographic restrictions are there. For instant liquidity, the user can trade the asset tokens on DS swap.The OTC trading feature is utilized for larger trades. The direct trading price of OTC is determined by the sole discretion of Lanshare. It reserves the right to determine requests for any reason.

The common advantage that is visible to everyone is that it avoids the difficulties associated with traditional real assets. All the hassles like the paperwork, tedious time-consuming procedures, and high costs, are avoided. However, some of the unknown advantages which it offers are listed below.
Auto Compounding: It is the main feature of Landshare. The term simply means that the income is compounded automatically. However, the user has to gain eligibility to receive auto compounding. The user must hold 25 asset tokens across all the properties.
This means that if the user holds 10 tokens in property A and 15 tokens in property B, then he is eligible for auto compounding. It is implicated in all the properties. The rental income from all the properties is compounded and the team reserves the right to select which property tokens the user will receive.&nbsp;
Real Estate NFTs: These are the 3D models of the real-world properties sold on the platform. The NFTs are used to multiply the yields of the real estate asset by granting additional Landshare token rewards.&nbsp;
Anyone can buy the NFT and start using the NFT ecosystem with only 1 asset token. However, to get a newly minted NFT the user must purchase at least 5 asset tokens. The NFT ecosystem has a bonus for staking &gt; 25 tokens.

The landshare token is the native utility token of the platform. The value of real estate is not represented by this token.&nbsp;
The data of CoinMarketCap shows that it has a market cap of $3,117,337. The volume of the token is $167,703. The token has a circulating supply of 3,886,510 LAND. It has a total supply of 3,911,084 LAND, the maximum supply of the LAND token is 10,000,000 LAND and it has a market cap of $8,024,106.
