<h2 style="text-align: justify" id="details-of-the-zilliqa-zil-network-upgrade">Details of the Zilliqa (ZIL) Network Upgrade</h2> 
<p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Zilliqa</strong> (ZIL) network upgrade and hard fork are scheduled to take place on January 3, 2024, at 12:00 PM Turkey time. In preparation for this event, Binance will temporarily suspend the deposit and withdrawal of ZIL tokens starting at approximately 11:00 AM (Turkey Standard Time) on the same day.</p>

<h2 style="text-align: justify" id="information-on-the-sei-sei-network-upgrade">Information on the Sei (SEI) Network Upgrade</h2> 
<p style="text-align: justify">Simultaneously, the <strong>Sei</strong> (SEI) network upgrade will occur at block 49,519,931, or on January 3, 2024, at 8:00 PM Turkey time. Similar to the ZIL upgrade, Binance will suspend the deposit and withdrawal of SEI tokens starting at approximately 7:00 PM (Turkey Standard Time) on the day of the upgrade. It is important to note that trading of SEI tokens on the Binance platform will not be affected during this time.</p> 
<p style="text-align: justify">Binance assures its users that the trading of ZIL and SEI tokens on the platform will continue without interruption during the network upgrades. The exchange will manage all technical aspects to minimize any inconvenience for its users. After the successful completion of the network upgrades, Binance will carefully assess the stability of the improved Zilliqa (ZIL) and Sei (SEI) networks.</p> 
<p style="text-align: justify">Once these networks are deemed stable, Binance will immediately reopen deposit and withdrawal services for ZIL and SEI tokens. The exchange has also indicated that there will be no additional announcement regarding the resumption of these services to facilitate a smooth transition for users.</p>
