Recently, Tansel Kaya made a statement saying that with global developments, the risks associated with <a href="https://en.coin-turk.com/what-is-bitcoin-mining/" data-wpel-link="internal">BTC</a> would disappear, and he pointed out that the distinction between local and foreign exchanges was not logical. Kaya mentioned that many exchanges get their order books from exchanges abroad, highlighting this as an unresolved issue. 
Kaya himself answered the question, suggesting that exchanges will likely be allowed to import crypto, and in such a case, local exchanges, not individuals, would be able to buy cryptocurrency.
