The main release contains the changes from v0.12.0 to v0.12.1.New features:<ul><li>Trigger STF based on parentchain events</li><li>Verify extrinsic status before acting on it in STF</li><li>Support TargetA and TargetB parentchains for sidechains as well</li><li>Introduce shard vault proxied account, controlled by all validateer enclave accounts</li></ul>Non-features:<ul><li>Parentchains are still expected to have identical/compatible runtime configs like Integritee’s runtime.
