<p>7RCC Globa filed for a spot Bitcoin ETF with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The 7RCC Spot Bitcoin and Carbon Credit Futures ETF will hold 80% Bitcoin and 20% carbon credit futures, making it the first environmental-focused offering in the space. The ETF is being created in partnership with Tidal Financial Group, with Gemini serving as the custodian. The move comes as several other companies, including BlackRock, Fidelity, and Ark Invest, also seek approval for spot Bitcoin ETFs in the U.S.</p>
