Private investment firm cyber.Fund has established a new fund to support blockchain, artificial intelligence, and robotics. 
In a <a href="https://cyber.fund/content/introducing-cyber-fund" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">blog announcement</a>, the firm said the new venture aims to support innovative projects leveraging <a href="https://crypto.news/tag/robots/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">robotics</a>-related solutions to ensure a “healthy transformation to a cybernetic economy that benefits humanity.” 
According to the company, the new $100 million venture fund will be focused on advanced cryptography systems such as <a href="https://crypto.news/tag/zkevm/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">zero-knowledge</a> and fully homomorphic encryption, <a href="https://crypto.news/tag/defi/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">decentralized finance</a>, network states, data marketplaces, robotics, <a href="https://crypto.news/tag/ai/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">artificial intelligence</a> (AI) systems, and other aspects of emerging technological markets.

Founded in 2014, the fund is led by Konstantin Lomashuk and Vasiliy Shapovalov. It has reportedly backed Ethereum, P2P.org, Lido DAO, Dfinity, Cosmos, as well as Solana, LazyLedger (Celestia), and other category-defining projects. With the latest venture, cyber.Fund anticipates the emergence of scalable blockchain networks, new cryptographic schemes, and an “explosion of intelligent computation from LLMs [large language models].” 
Meanwhile, the crypto market is witnessing a surge in interest in artificial intelligence (AI) tokens, with several digital assets experiencing a 500% growth in 2023.
