Larry Bucshon (R-IN) and Lisa Blunt Rochester (D-DE) introduced the Deploying American Blockchains Act (H.R. 6572), which would establish a “Blockchain Deployment Program” within the Commerce Department to advise the president on policy pertaining to the deployment, use, application, and competitiveness of blockchain and other distributed ledger technologies.
