<p>At  the heart of the Envelop project is the onchain protocol. For a number  of applications and use cases, it can work in conjunction with the  Envelop oracle, reading both onchain and offchain data. Any of products  based on the Envelop protocol and the oracle are essentially indexes.  Some of them may not have direct analogs from the web2 , while others  are essentially traded funds.</p><h2 id="header-0">Envelop cryptoindex types</h2><h3 id="sbt-profile">SBT profile</h3><p>The main advantage of a user profile via Envelope’s SBT, is the dynamic non-transferable reputation. You can choose projects from any <a href="https://coinmarketcap.com/cryptocurrency-category/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">category</a> and make a self-custody index. Price of collateral assets in wrapped NFT recalculated each time that  API server got request. So you can sell farming wNFTs on any NFT  marketplace, while it is impossible to sell your staking position, you  can only delegate. This important difference <strong>gives your farming wNFT positions the most important feature in any market — liquidity</strong>!<strong>In  this kind of programmable farming, the owner of the wNFT gets a reward  for farming. Think of it as instant farming, holding your future  harvest.</strong>If  you transferred or sold your farming NFT during staking, before the  harvest, you will receive nothing. Projects can lock their tokens in the form of NFTs with tokens locked  according to vesting periods and send them to VCs using wrapped NFT  technology powered by DAO ENVELOP.
