In the latest developments regarding the legal proceedings involving Mr. Do Kwon, Co-Founder and CEO of Terraform, there are indications that plans for his extradition may involve the United States rather than South Korea. 
The Wall Street Journal <a href="https://www.wsj.com/livecoverage/stock-market-today-dow-jones-12-07-2023/card/exclusive-montenegro-plans-to-extradite-fallen-crypto-tycoon-do-kwon-to-u-s--go9pVSEoANWEjPKGAfD6" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">reported</a> that individuals familiar with the matter have disclosed that Montenegro’s top justice official has privately suggested the possibility of Kwon being sent to the United States to face criminal charges rather than to South Korea.
