Despite the top cryptocurrencies displaying massive price jumps with major tokens recording over 100% YTD, the LTC price continues to display a neutral trend with a gain of less than 5% Year-to-date (YTD). Will the LTC price ever reclaim the $100 mark? 
The <a href="https://coinpedia.org/price-prediction/ltc-litecoin-price-prediction/">LTC price</a> constantly traded in a consolidated range between $68.01 and $70.49 for a brief period, following which the market gained momentum and the price broke out of the range.

Litecoin recorded a jump of 7% before facing rejection at $75.21. Following this, the price lost momentum and dropped to test its support level of $71.87, but the bulls held the price strong. After this, the LTC coin displayed significant volatility in its price. 
The price constantly bounced between $70.49 and $75.21 for almost two weeks until the bulls finally lost momentum, resulting in a price breakdown. The price then traded in a closed space between $68.01 and $71.87 for the second half of the month. 
Recently, the price broke out of the resistance level at $71.87, but the rally was short-lived as the price faced rejection at $74.02. Following this, the price lost momentum and is currently testing its support level of $71.87, of which the outcome is unpredictable. 
<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-will-litecoin-price-go-up-in-2023">Will Litecoin Price Go Up In 2023?</h2> 
The Relative Strength Index (RSI) displays a sharp decline in its value, indicating a negative price action for the coin. Further, the averages broke down to a neutral point, suggesting a significant correction in the coming days. 
If the bulls hold the price above the resistance level of $71.87, the price will regain momentum and prepare to test its resistance level of $74.02 soon. Maintaining the price at that level will set the stage for Litecoin to attempt to test its upper resistance level of $76.81 in the coming week. 
Conversely, if the bears overpowered the bulls, the LTC price would lose momentum and fall to test its support level of $70.49. Moreover, if the Bears continue to dominate the market, it will plunge further and test its lower support level of $68.01 this week.
