As part of these regulations, the Securities, and Futures Commission (SFC) has begun issuing licenses to crypto exchanges<a href="https://coingape.com/hashkey-with-standard-chartered-to-offer-crypto-retail-services/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">. OSL and Hashkey</a> Group were the first recipients of these licenses in Hong Kong. They also enjoy crypto-to-fiat conversion services from ZA Bank, the city’s largest online-only bank.
