<h5>Risks to Consider</h5> 
As with any crypto project, there are always risks to consider. 
<ul> 
 <li>Competition: There are tons of work outsourcing and HR platforms out there; even Twitter is fast becoming a tool for hiring anonymous candidates. WorkX will need to do onboard good companies with constant hiring rates and keep on adding startups as partners to survive. In the long term, if WorkX has to survive and thrive it should establish itself as a serious contender to UpWork or LinkedIn.</li> 
 <li>Web3 is not a strong job economy: The hiring rate is high in the bull market and the firing rate is high in the bear market. Therefore a project based on hiring and employment will find it difficult to survive in the bear market.</li> 
 <li>Token Utilities: The token WORK has minimal utilities, which are not attractive for holders. The platform’s revenue mechanism also has some problems.</li>

<h5>Profit Taking Strategy</h5> 
There can be 3 scenarios:

 <li>The Token does 10x or more: Since the TGE market cap is $100k, it can easily pump to $1M or above. If the market cap reaches $1M, sell the 15% you received. Ideally, we will get back our initial investment. Our profit will be the vested tokens (85%).</li> 
 <li>The Token does 5x. It is your decision: You can recover 85% of your initial, however, the 21% unlock in the following month can cover your initial capital fully. If you choose not to risk the initial, it is better to proceed with the refund.</li> 
 <li>The token does &lt;3x-5x: Go for the refund.</li> 
</ul> 
Warning: Since it is getting listed on CEX on December 5, we will see the price action and volatility at the time of listing. Be ready to deposit and set sell orders at 5x, 7x, and 10x to catch the price action. This is time-sensitive. 
THIS IS NOT A LONG-TERM HOLD (considering only 5.7% is circulating initially)
