His perspective underscores the potential for this settlement to mark a turning point in the cryptocurrency sector, particularly regarding regulatory clarity.

Binance, which reported revenue of $12 billion in 2022 and $20 billion in 2021, has been the subject of regulatory scrutiny since at least 2018.
