The popular virtual book publishing company, <a href="https://okadabooks.com/login" target="_blank" rel="noopener">OkadaBooks</a>, has announced that it is shutting down its bookshelves on November 30. This was revealed in a message sent to its dedicated user base across various channels and signed by its CEO, Okechukwu Ofili. 
In the message, the CEO at OkadaBooks, Okechukwu Ofili said after extensive consideration and contemplation, the virtual bookshelves had to go. He explained that the choice was a very difficult one. He said despite exploring various avenues to sustain the virtual bookshelves, the company has been compelled to admit defeat in the face of challenges. 
“After much consideration and reflection, we have come to a difficult decision. OkadaBooks will be closing its virtual doors on November 30, 2023. This has not been an easy choice. We’ve explored various avenues to keep our virtual bookshelves alive, but, unfortunately, the challenges we face are insurmountable,” the message reads.
