The upgrade of TE-FOOD&#39;s blockchain, TrustChain, was initially planned to be ready by the end of summer. However, a business opportunity, not yet public, compelled us to reconsider the upgrade and make several modifications to support that use case. These modifications do not impact the token economics or masternode structure. Our current estimate is that the blockchain upgrade will be ready by January next year.<img src="https://academy-public.coinmarketcap.com/srd-optimized-uploads/d67e07bf481d45e9b963e093968d35cd.jpg" />We are currently working on a pilot for our first IoT-centric implementation, a cold chain implementation in Vietnam. We have high expectations for cold chain implementations in Vietnam, observing more companies becoming ready to adopt sensors for monitoring the food transport and storage environment. Due to the significant initial cost of IoT implementation, we are working on a business model that can be convincing in an industry with low price margins.<img src="https://academy-public.coinmarketcap.com/srd-optimized-uploads/1234c5560939407a9e59afe9d24fb329.jpg" />Additionally, in Vietnam, we have been in a lengthy sales process with a major producer. We already serve them in the pig traceability project, which focuses solely on fresh meat, while this potential project covers other products. Currently, they are aiming for a pilot in the first quarter of next year.We are also working on extending the traceability program at Pannonia Bio, the largest biorefinery in Europe. While we already have an implementation there, it became apparent that without integration into their ERP, it&#39;s challenging to provide the necessary data to achieve their goals. The project has entered a new phase with ERP integration, and we anticipate results in the first quarter of 2024.<img src="https://academy-public.coinmarketcap.com/srd-optimized-uploads/7756804458e94e13a76dd53fda9d74c6.jpeg" />Trung and his team in Vietnam are actively lobbying for the marketplace module in TE-FOOD. We believe our mobile app, installed on thousands of phones in the food industry, could be a valuable tool to match buyers in the markets with sellers on the farms. To run such a marketplace, some form of authority support is required to spread the word in the community of target users. While we have good opportunities, whether it will work out or not is impossible to predict.<img src="https://academy-public.coinmarketcap.com/srd-optimized-uploads/74690574f93443eca9e7b75bfc131c57.jpg" />We are continuously developing the traceability system for Migros. The system is now completely different than it was three years ago. As the largest retailer in Switzerland cannot mandate the use of the solution, it costs suppliers money to join, and custom function requests from suppliers also contribute to the time it takes to expand the user base. Currently, around 150 direct suppliers send traceability data about products from over 3000 producers. Despite the slow rollout, it is continuous.<img src="https://academy-public.coinmarketcap.com/srd-optimized-uploads/88e1aa437d49479cb7c67fad2ab69ea0.jpg" />
