These investors allege that they were convinced to invest in crypto assets but ended up losing their money.</p>

However, the Supreme Court interpreted the move as an attempt to obtain relief from judicial custody. As per Article 32 of the Indian Constitution, the court cannot issue directives in regard.</p>

Currently, while crypto trading is legal in the country, there is a lack of specific rules, guidelines, or frameworks to govern the sector.
