<p>POET Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: POET) revealed on October 10th that it is working with Yuanjie Semiconductor Technology Inc. (YST), a leading provider of high-performance lasers. The partnership will help POET’s joint venture, Super Photonics Xiamen (SPX), to increase the production of optical engines using YST’s lasers.</p> 
<p>POET, SPX, and YST will first work on 100G CWDM4, POET ONE, 100G LR4, and 200G FR4 transmitter products. The optical engines have passed all the design verifications and reliability tests and will be ready for production this month. Some of the module customers for these products are ADVA, Beijing FeiYunYi (BFYY), and Fibertop, along with others who have not been announced yet.</p>
