Spain's National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has initiated "sanctioning proceedings" against Miolos S.L for violating rules pertaining to cryptocurrency promotion.&nbsp;
Miolos is accused of running two "massive" <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/crypto-shorts-news/seba-bank-received-license-from-hong-kongs-sfc-for-crypto" class="f-link" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">crypto </a>ad campaigns without including risk warnings and failing to submit the campaigns for CNMV authorization, as mandated by CNMV's circular from January 2022.
