<p>The U.S. <a href="https://coinedition.com/tag/sec/">Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)</a> has charged crypto and blockchain company SafeMoon, its founder Kyle Nagy, CEO John Karony, and Chief Technology Officer Thomas Smith for offering the unregistered sale of a crypto asset security, SafeMoon.</p>
